Do you take on full renovation projects?

Currently, we don’t offer design and build services. However, our design service involves guiding you from start to finish, with the option to project manage if you prefer not to DIY with a contractor yourself.

What do I get from the design-only service?

You’ll receive a tailored design pack that includes layout planning, moodboards, material suggestions, and a contractor-ready brief. Optional add-ons include 3D visuals and technical drawings.

Do I need to have a contractor before working with you?

Not at all. In fact, most clients come to us before choosing a contractor. That way, you’re making design decisions on your terms—not rushing through them mid-reno.

Do you work with clients who already have an ID or contractor?

Yes. Some clients come to us for a second opinion or to refine their space planning before moving into execution. We’re happy to collaborate or act as your design consultant alongside your existing team.

Do you use AI to generate your designs?

We use a combination of AI and professional 3D rendering software to streamline the creative process and deliver faster, high-quality visuals for our clients. Can you help with pet-friendly design?

Absolutely. Our Pet Edition package is made for homes with dogs or cats—built-in feeding zones, pet-safe materials, enrichment spaces, and more.

What is the turnaround time I can expect on a design?

We are thrilled to help envision your desired space, but depending on the size of project and details to oversee, the time required may be different. We will be able to give you a clearer estimate after initial discussions, and endeavour to keep you updated at every step of the journey.

If I do not have a contractor, are you able to link me up with one?

We have a list of partner contractors that we can share if you need recommendations. We do not receive any commission from these partners should you decide to work with them.
