All designs, visuals, layouts, and documents provided remain the intellectual property of Kinoko Spaces unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party contractors or vendors

• Damage caused by external work or modifications not done by us

• Health or safety issues arising from improper use of recommended materials

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur interest or service delays.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after updates means you accept the changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
